This is my new blog, I deleted my old one, well what I could delete, because of privacy issues. I did save all my old blog posts but I'm not sure how to transfer them here because it's not letting me copy and paste any text onto this?!
Tomorrow is weigh in day (monday) so I will come back then with some new measurements and go into more detail. Last couple of days haven't been great foodwise which was triggered by a family BBQ, but today is a new day, and a new blog, so I'm confident.
Hope you have managed to find me again if you were following my old blog. Sorry for any confusion.
